Our back to school dinner has been a tradition for quite a few years and I’m finally posting about it here on the blog.One of my favorite parts is putting together this fun tablescape.This year I decided to create a table runner with book pages and then added a collection of thrifted mason jars, some dried yellow flowers, and the grade flags are from Christy Beasley Creative, a new favorite! Love how it came together! And yes, I signed up for Christy’s subscription, such a great program, so you will be seeing more of her art here! I can’t wait!We spent the evening eating yummy food, talking about goals and the upcoming year, and shared a special quote.Steve also gave each of the kids a father’s blessing, another special part of the evening. It’s a blessing he gives to each of the kids, blessing them with what they need personally for the upcoming year.It was such a wonderful evening!
