Vitamin C | I try to take this daily and when I’m sick, I up it to taking it multiple times a day. It really is like the Emergen-C packets, just a high dose of vitamin C to help your immune system fight off yucky colds and flus.
Elderberry Syrup | This I love for soar throats. Its so soothing.
Green Smoothies |I swear by green smoothies for overall wellness. The year we committed to drinking these everyday was such a healthy year for our family.
Sleep | So important for overall health. Our bodies were created to need sleep, it is a crazy important part of a healthy life. Getting enough sleep each nights a great way to improve your overall health. When your feeling under the weather sleep is a great way to strengthen your body and your immune system.
Thieves Essential Oil |This is my go to essential oil to fight sickness in our home. I clean with it, diffuse it, and apply it. It smells like clove, so it has a nice Christmasy smell. When I’m traveling I will take a drop or two orally to ward off germs and give my body extra strength while I’m traveling.
