So here are my 2013 goals for February.
In January I was able to celebrate my anniversary with Steve and made a fun gift for him that I want to share soon on the blog. I also drank a lot more water and made a few new meals.
I tried to get to bed by 9:30pm, but realized that goal wasn’t going to work with Beckett’s schedule. He is sleeping 10-12 hour nights, he just chooses to sleep from 11pm/12am-10am/11am the next morning. So strange since the other kids are down at 8pm. My babies have always worked into a 7pm-7am schedule. Beckett goes down at 7pm, he just wakes up and has a hard time going down again. He also goes down great for his naps during the day but is super fussy when he goes down at night. We are working through it and I have hopes that we can move him towards a more normal night schedule, but we are taking it one day at a time, and being grateful that my 4 month old is sleeping through the night!
I also worked on Beckett’s quilt top and on planning our trips for the year. I still have those to finish! I actually felt better about what I had done for my January goals before I wrote this post. My hopes are I will accomplish my goals for February and be able to wrap up a couple from January. I want to be determined but I also am being gentle with myself. It is an interesting balance and one I have to work through each day.
