Woke up at 7:30. Got kids ready.
Raisin Bran for kid’s breakfast, leftover pizza Steve brought home last night.
Took bath and nursed Karter.
Drove Jakob to school with wet hair. Left kids with Steve
Finished nursing Karter while checking blogs on the computer. Finished getting ready.
Drove to Target to get pull-ups and look at Halloween Decorations. Went to JC Penney to pick up the Huish Grandkid photos. Debating if I should return the sheets for white sheets.
Picked up Jakob at the bus.
Home to a lunch of leftover spaghetti and pizza. Debating if I should just have Spaghetti for dinner tonight since Steve missed dinner last night.
Put Karter and Isabelle down to bed.
Jakob watching PBS Kids. Laundry, straightening up, call from Steve, computer time. Switch our bedding to the red quilt. Decide I will exchange sheets. Dreaming of what I would like to do to our bedroom.
Karter crying. Karter back to sleep. Do dishes and straighten house.
Karter crying. Go upstairs, get Karter, Isabelle is awake. Take Isabelle to the potty. Nurse Karter. Give Karter bottle while on computer.
Play Uno with Jakob and Isabelle. Karter tummy time at my feet. Steve calls to tell me his Van blew a spark plug. Asking me what we should do, we know this will be a major repair. Should we buy or fix?
Make Protein Shake. Steve comes home. Put Karter down to bed. Read books downstairs with kids. Clean up downstairs. Steve working in office, looking up sprinters on the computer, making calls. Talk with Steve about going grocery shopping tonight. Will he take the kids so I can go?
Go upstairs to make dinner. Look at spiders out on deck. Kids draw pictures at island. Karter up. Nurse and bottle. Dishes. Jakob sets table. Dinner. Clean up.
Family Home Evening. Jakob conducts. Isabelle chooses the song, “One Little Monkey Swinging from a Tree.” Read Scriptures. Get ready to go on walk. Talk with my neighbor Amy for a few minutes. Go on walk. Beautiful fall night. Decide not to go grocery shopping.
Arrive home. Bathe Isabelle. Nurse Karter. Put Isabelle to bed. Read Nemo. Clip Karter’s nails while he screams. Steve showers with Jakob and puts him to bed. Feed Karter bottle while looking on computer.
Steve working in office, scheduling the rest of the week. Karter to bed. Straighten kitchen, 5 minute time limit. Straighten house. Get ready for bed. Pray. Talk to Steve about van. Should we repair or buy something else?? Asleep by 11 pm.
